iPhone photos from this weekend with my boo thang!

Saturday after Chance got off work we decided we'd go eat dinner and didn't really have anything planned though. It's usually those nights that turn out the best right? Well maybe not always but this Saturday it was. I googled my heart out that day and found a mexican restaurant I found worthy to check out in Seattle-Mezcaleria Oaxaca! Let me tell ya it lived up to the great reviews on yelp! We were in heaven and it was such a cool restaurant we both just kept staring at all the authentic decor. Then we decided to go to Gas Works Park which neither of us had been to yet and it is definitely my favorite park here hands down! It was such a beautiful day out which made it even more enjoyable. 75 degrees, mmhm! We held hands, I snuck some selfies of us (first photo^), watched a bridal party do the jumping pictures for the photographer and laughed pretty hard, kissed a lot, played the "flag" game, realized there were tons of gingers at the park and decided were gonna have all gingers LOOK OUT, talked about our future together and got all excited for whatever life has ahead for us! After that I googled somewhere for dessert and found Molten hot cakes in Ballard and it was the best thing of my life. On the way home we had a sing off which we both have lovely voices so it was epic. He sang a lot of slow jams while my comebacks were spice girl songs. Pretty special ;) But really I was in food heaven this night and loving every second I spent with Chance.

Sunday we went to church and it was one of those Sundays that there were lessons taught I really needed to hear and loved everything I learned. All the talks and lessons were so comforting to me that I belong to the true church. I left feeling so grateful. We went home and watched Breaking Bad and then took our Sunday nap. Later on we went over to Ali and Daytons and we watched Without A Paddle with them and played Blokus and then forced Ali to bake us cookies at 10:30 (which are my fave) and played Scrabble! Such gamers.

Oregon.

Annnnd we finally made it to Oregon. Now I know why the "which state do you belong in" test I took told me Oregon! I loved Oregon, so so much. So crisp and lush. The people there were so friendly. Take a look for yourself!

sometimes you get bored being the passenger for a week of driving and take some pretty selfies

California coastin'

We kicked off our drive with Bosa donuts and our first stop was Huntington Beach.  We of course ate at Ruby's at the end of the pier and laid by the beach the rest of the day.

The next day we went to the happiest place on earth! It was 97 degrees but we managed to go on all the rides we wanted still. All i needed was my diet coke and I was ready to go ;)

The next day we woke up and drove on up to one of my favorite cities, San Fran! Yummy food makes it one of my favorite cities. We couldn't hit up my entire list of food but we still have our drive home ;)

San Fran was the most north I'd ever been before this drive and wowza the rest of the drive up didn't even feel like California! Felt like we were in Oregon already (not that I had ever been there) but hey, trees! That' all that surrounded us and it was the most beautiful drive.
